The Eddies have signed two international players to add to their roster as they continue to build towards their inaugural match against Valour FC on May 4, 2019.
FC Edmonton signed James Marcelin, a Haitian native. Marcelin is a defensive/central midfielder who has previous playing experience in the MLS for the Portland Timbers and FC Dallas.
The other signing today is Jeannot Esua, a Cameroon native. Another defender who often plays the fullback position. Only 22 his professional career is just beginning, previously he has played in the USL.
Both of these acquisitions should help bolster the Eddies defensive game as they work to round out their roster.
